DupleX+ 300
The DupleX+ 300 is our first new development and sets new standards in shotcrete. Designed specifically for tough use in tunnel construction, this machine is suitable for a wide range of applications: concrete repair, slope stabilization, swimming pool construction, masonry grouting, refractory applications, mining and much more. Made in Germany – robust construction meets innovative technology for efficient, precise and reliable operation under extreme conditions.
We took the best machines as our benchmark and enhanced them with clear advantages: folding mechanism with three clamping elements for optimal sealing, rotor of five light segments covering all sizes, technologically synchronized dosing pump, low filling height, plus wet and dry spraying without conversions.
We rely on high-quality materials for minimal wear. The folding mechanism allows quick changes without heavy lifting. Modular design, standard components and special materials ensure long service life and low maintenance costs.
Fast setup times, easy operation and energy-optimized technology increase productivity and minimize downtime. Long conveying distances are easily achieved thanks to perfect clamping systems, and spare parts are always readily available.
